General FAQ

Does it cost anything to join?

The main purpose of FIT4MOM is fitness classes. Membership options and class passes are available at affordable prices. If you're new, your first class is always free. The social aspects of Our Village are also free. This includes play groups, Mom's Nights Out, and other activities. Learn more here, or join here.

How can I see what's going on every day at FIT4MOM Glen Ellyn/Wheaton/Lombard?

Our class schedule can be found here if you create a free account in our system. You can also check our Facebook page for updates on events, and our MeetUp page for a calendar of events.

What should I bring with me to classes? What should I wear?

It depends on the type of class you will be attending. Learn more here.

Where are classes held? How does weather affect them?

Class location varies by type and season. For general location information, go here. For specific information, see our schedule (after you create a free account). For information about our weather policy, go here.

Do I need a doctor's permission to start these programs?

Yes, you should consult a physician before starting this or any exercise program. You should not start stroller-based classes until you are at least six weeks post partum, and Body Back is not recommended until you are at least three months post partum. FIT4MOM also requires a prenatal exercise form signed by your doctor if you are pregnant and want to take Fit4Baby or Stroller-based classes. Download it here.

Do you have any stories from other Moms who have joined?

Yes! See our testimonials, or read our blog and get to know us a little better.
